Return & Exchange Policy

At Wonder Toys, every product is checked before it is dispatched. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any product. Orders cannot be returned for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product.

2. Exchange for Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, defective or damaged, we will replace it with a new piece at no extra cost. To be eligible:

You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
The product must be unused beyond a first check, in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, manuals and tags.
You must share clear proof of the issue — photos and/or a video showing the fault or damage. A continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended.

3. What Is Not Covered

We will not exchange a product for:

Damage from misuse, rough handling, accidents, water, or wrong charging or battery use
Normal wear and tear
Products that have been opened up, repaired or modified
Missing parts or accessories not reported within 5 days of delivery
Small differences in colour caused by screen display settings

4. How to Request an Exchange

Email support@wondertoys.co.in, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 60006 00204, within 5 days of delivery.
Include your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and your photos or video.
Our team will review your request and reply within 2–3 working days.
If your request is approved, we will arrange pickup of the faulty product, or tell you how to send it back.
Once we receive and check the product, we will ship a new replacement piece to you.

5. If a Replacement Is Out of Stock

If the same product is not available, we will offer you another product of equal value. If you would rather not take an alternative, we will refund you to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund goes to a bank account you share with us.

6. Shipping for Exchanges

For approved exchanges, Wonder Toys pays the reverse pickup and re-shipping charges.
