1. Cancelling Before Shipment
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel:
- Email support@wondertoys.co.in, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 60006 00204
- Share your Order ID and the reason for cancelling
We will confirm your cancellation by email or WhatsApp.
2. No Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. This includes orders that are in transit or out for delivery.
If a shipped order arrives faulty or damaged, please see our Return & Exchange Policy.
3. Refusing a Shipped Order
Refusing delivery does not count as a cancellation. If you refuse a shipped order:
- Prepaid orders: we will refund the amount after deducting forward and return shipping charges. The refund is made once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a check.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Wonder Toys may restrict COD on your future orders.
4. Undelivered Orders
If a shipment comes back to us because the address or phone number was wrong, or because you could not be reached, the order is treated as refused and Section 3 applies.
5. Cancellation by Wonder Toys
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is a pricing or listing error
- We cannot deliver to your pincode
- The order looks fraudulent or cannot be verified
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amount you have paid.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid orders: refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Bank processing times may vary.
- Cash on Delivery orders: nothing is charged if the order is cancelled before shipment.
